Yes, I am ageless and time less. Today’s lesson is Living Agelessly. Key points I have taken from today’s lesson are as follows:
• As we engage in activities that bring us joy and choose to live from an open-heart awareness, we approach our lives with a new, positive perspective and truly live agelessly.
• Living in the present enables us to literally stop time.
• Meditation helps ground us in the present and, physiologically, increases growth hormones, which slow down the external signs of aging.
My mindful moment activity is riding. I LOVE riding on the open road. Many of my best decisions were made riding. It clears my mind, renews my soul and gives me delightful insight on many things. I am a soul that has to be in motion. Starting again today I will go riding for at least 30 minutes each day.
