According to their website…

I am in! Are you? Okay so one of my many kitchens around Atlanta is doing good in my neighborhoods. I embrace them so much because they have that whole farm to table concept and they do an EXCELLENT job at it. It is truly their thing. So Watershed is kicking off the summer season with a cycling tour of Atlanta’s favorite farmers markets with Watershed on Peachtree’s Executive Chef, Zeb Stevenson.
The Watershed on Peachtree Tour de Chef will begin at Morningside Farmer’s Market then proceed to Freedom Farmers Market, Green Market in Piedmont Park, and finish with a grand finale back at Morningside. Chef Zeb will guide cyclists throughout the city, stopping at each market to gather fresh local ingredients which participants will later use at home to craft a delicious meal for four. A strong supporter of locality and seasonality, Chef Zeb will show participants how easy it can be to utilize your local markets and farmers to gather ingredients that allow you to create dishes with both flavor and community consciousness.

Tickets are $65 plus tax and include the price of ingredients to be purchased. A portion of the ticket sales will also benefit the Atlanta Bike Coalition—an alliance dedicated to transforming Atlanta’s streets and neighborhoods into livable communities where everyone can bike, walk, and thrive. Cycling experience recommended.
