If you haven’t been to the the Defoor Center before we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by this historic artsy location. You’ll also be pleased to know that we’re moving indoors for the season. Drop by any time between 5-8PM to check out new menu items based on our theme for the month “Our favorite dish”. Our vendors will be pulling out favorite dishes of ours and of theirs. A few teasers to get you started:
- Mouth watering buffalo chicken chili (gluten free)
- A sweet and salty brown butter cake with Fleur de Sel caramel icing
- Thai basil pizza with roasted red pepper sauce (meat offering or vegan)
- A seasonal prosecco with blood orange curd
- A chef’s favorite caprese salad with fresh veggies and basil (vegerarian and gluten free)
- Green tea cake with pomegranate filling (vegan)
These are just a few of the items that will be created for you, there will be many more favorites on the menu! As always admission to the event is $5, and food items are priced from $1-5.
